Profile

Passion for the game, daily ambition to improve, and a personal coaching method.

Passion for the game, the drive to become a better coach every day, and a proprietary development method have shaped a demanding pathway across youth and performance environments.

Experiences at different clubs and contexts provide a complete view of professional football. After A.C. Milan—developing talent that now competes at the highest level with historic outcomes—he is now in his second spell in Italy with Modena F.C.

Since 2012 he has stacked consecutive seasons on the bench, pairing day-to-day intensity with methodological rigour and the player at the centre of the process.

Milestones

Youngest coach in national category and Copa del Rey (2019/20) with C.D. Pedroñeras.

Playing philosophy

Method and identity: train to compete, with detail and personality.

Training is the main tool for improvement and performance. An integrated methodology with proprietary content mapping, spatial cues and technical-tactical focus—always with the player at the core.

Distinctive

Training as the primary lever for growth. Spatial items, technical-tactical emphasis and obsessive attention to detail.

Game-connected

Understand every layer of the game and own the team identity. The match plan shows up in every task, applied to real contexts.

Battle-tested

Years refining the process across clubs and categories, aiming for sustainable outcomes for players and teams.

Proactive

No speculation: impose advantages wherever they appear. Deep opponent study to amplify our strengths and clear in-game decisions.

Front-foot

Brave in possession, relentless without the ball. Dominate through the ball, create chances and compete for every action.

Dynamic

Movement and spatial understanding to progress together. Rhythmic play, managing pressure and manufacturing advantages toward goal.
